The Honor Pad X7 is a new Android tablet with an 8.7-inch display and a Snapdragon 680 processor. It has launched in Saudi Arabia for SAR 449, which roughly converts to 119 USD.

Honor offers a wide range of tablets. The company recently introduced the Pad GT 2 Pro, a gaming-focused tablet. Additionally, it offers the Pad 10, a mid-range model with a 12.1-inch screen. Now, Honor has introduced a new entry-level tablet: the Pad X7.

The Honor Pad X7 features an 8.7-inch TFT LCD screen with a resolution of 1340 x 800 pixels. The display has a 90 Hz refresh rate and features 625-nit peak brightness.

In terms of performance, the Honor Pad X7 comes with a Snapdragon 680 chipset paired with up to 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage, expandable via microSD card. For context, the Snapdragon 680 is an octa-core processor that was announced in 2020. The chipset has an average AnTuTu v10 benchmark score of around 310K.

The tablet has a single 8 MP rear camera and a 5 MP selfie camera. It has a 7,020 mAh battery that supports 10W wired charging. Additionally, it supports reverse wired charging. The tablet is powered by the Android 15 operating system. Moving to the build quality, the Pad X7 has a metal back panel. The tablet has a thickness of 7.99 mm and weighs 365 grams.

The Honor Pad X7 is now available for purchase in Saudi Arabia. The variant with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage is priced at SAR 449, roughly translating to US$119 or €101. As for availability in other regions, Honor hasn’t confirmed any details yet. However, a wider release seems likely given that past models like the Pad 10 launched in several European markets.
