The Durand Cup 2025, the curtain-raiser for the Indian domestic football season, kicks off on July 23.
The 134th edition of the Durand Cup, which starts with 16-time champions East Bengal facing South United FC at the Vivekananda Yuba Bharati Krirangan in Kolkata, will feature 43 matches culminating with the final on August 23.
Durand Cup 2025 football matches will be available to watch on live streaming and live telecast in India.
The Durand Cup 2025 will feature 24 teams from the Indian Super League, I-League and the Armed Forces.
The teams are divided into six groups of four teams each and will face each other in a single round-robin match in the pool stage.
Six group toppers and two best second-placed sides across all groups will make the quarter-finals, which are set to be held on August 16 and 17.
The semi-finals are scheduled for August 19 and 20, leading up to the grand finale on August 23 at the Salt Lake Stadium in Kolkata.
