Melbourne Test: Australia lose three wickets on rain-affected first day

Australia reached 187-3 at stumps on the opening day of the second Test against Pakistan at the Melbourne Cricket Ground on Tuesday.

The Boxing Day Test was affected by rain which is why only 66 overs were bowled during the day.
