  • Drake’s Star-Filled Wireless Festival Performances: Watch

Drake’s Star-Filled Wireless Festival Performances: Watch

Drake headlined the three-day Wireless Festival at Finsbury Park in London over the weekend and it was a star-studded, surprise guest-filled affair. Lauryn Hill, 21 Savage, Rema, Vanessa Carlton, and more joined the rapper throughout the weekend.

On Friday, Drake set the theme for the night. “This is the first time in my life that I’ve done three different shows on three different days,” Drake told the crowd, per Billboard. “You came to a very special night. It’s night one. It’s a celebration of all things R&B. All things melodies. All classics.” Beyond his own classics, surprise guest Lauryn Hill also dropped one of her own. Her performance of “Ex-Factor” transitioned into Drake’s Hill-sampling “Nice for What.” The night also included appearances by Bryson Tiller, Givēon, and PartyNextDoor.

On Saturday, Drake switched gears. “London, tonight is different,” Drake told the crowd. “All that sweetheart, singing shit? That shit is over tonight. This is for my motherfucking dogs. I see my dogs came out tonight.” Rappers Skepta, Latto, Sexyy Redd, and 21 Savage were among the guests. He and 21 Savage performed “Knife Talk” and “Rich Flex” from their collaborative 2022 album, Her Loss.

The second night also had the crowd chanting “Fuck Kendrick.” Drake’s response was to ask someone to pour him a shot, before he said, “I’ll drink to that.” The two rappers’ monumental beef has continued to spark conversations even a year later, and so it’s not surprising that their respective concerts (along with Drake’s defamation lawsuit over Kendrick Lamar’s “Not Like Us”) touch on it, even if it’s crowd-sourced.

He capped off the rap-focused night with an unexpected surprise guest: He invited Vanessa Carlton out to perform her 2002 song, “A Thousand Miles.”

    Trending Stories

Sunday’s set was a brief 40 minutes due to a strict curfew, per the BBC, but Drake still had some surprises in store. He teased an unreleased collaboration with British rapper Central Cee, and Rema drew cheers, as did Vybz Kartel.

Earlier in the month, Drake dropped “What Did I Miss?” ushering in his Iceman era.

In the animated/live-action musical reboot, Rihanna leads an all-star cast, which includes Xolo Maridueña (Brainy Smurf), John Goodman (Papa Smurf), Hannah Waddingham (Jezebeth) and Nick Offerman (Ken), who attended today’s red carpet premiere in a sea of blue characters at Los Angeles’ Paramount Pictures Studios.

Additional cast members include Dan Levy, Amy Sedaris, Natasha Lyonne, Sandra Oh, Octavia Spencer, Jimmy Kimmel, Nick Kroll, Maya Erskine, Billie Lourd, Kurt Russell, James Corden, JP Karliak, Alex Winter and others.

Written by Pam Brady and helmed by Chris Miller, the family friendly movie unfolds as Papa Smurf is kidnapped by evil wizards and Smurfette must spearhead a mission into the real world to save him.

Jay Brown, Ty Ty Smith, Robyn Rihanna Fenty and Ryan Harris produce.

Since their comic book origins in the late 1950s, the Smurfs have been adapted to film five times prior. First, they ventured to the televisual world with an ’80s-era NBC animated series. • Inside the Monaco Red Cross Gala, Where Prince Albert II and Princess Charlene Danced Past 1 AM

Inside the Monaco Red Cross Gala, Where Prince Albert II and Princess Charlene Danced Past 1 AM

She added, personally: “Albert, you know that I am always by your side, along with the Monégasques. We are standing with you, with all our hearts, to protect Monaco and its future under your leadership. We love you, we support you, and we thank you for being there for all of us.” She concluded, raising a toast: “Let’s raise our glass to our Prince—to you, Albert!”

Following her speech, 10 members of the Prince’s Carabinieri—Monaco’s military guard—performed a moving a cappella version of the Monégasque anthem. Prince Albert sang along from his seat, visibly touched.

Around 800 distinguished guests attended the soirée, dressed in black-tie attire and dripping in jewels, gathering beneath the retractable roof of Monte-Carlo’s famed Salle des Étoiles ballroom, with its panoramic views of the Riviera. Tables, decorated with 5,000 bushels of vibrant red and pink flamingo flowers, set the stage for a four-course meal by chef Thierry Saez Manzanares: caviar tartlets, seafood platters, wagyu steak, and a white chocolate–raspberry crisp for dessert.

Just before dessert, the gala’s anticipated charity raffle began, hosted by French ballet dancer Aurélie Dupont and journalist Harry Roselmack. Coveted prizes included a two-night stay in a sea-view suite at the Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo, a Lady Dior lambskin handbag, Repossi diamond jewels, and an Audemars Piguet timepiece.

“What I love most about the Monaco Red Cross Gala is the event itself—the preparations, the guests in their gala outfits, the raffle prizes, the dinner, where I meet people from Red Cross organizations around the world,” said Gottlieb, who wore a custom black-and-white Elisabetta Franchi gown inspired by a dress worn by her grandmother, Princess Grace. “And seeing the generosity of people in raising funds for the Monaco Red Cross.”

A few minutes before midnight, Prince Albert officially opened the dance floor. He and Princess Charlene swayed hand-in-hand to Coldplay’s “Everglow,” soon joined by Ducruet, Chevallier, and other guests. Then, as the Salle des Étoiles’s retractable roof opened to reveal the night sky, a fireworks display lit up the Riviera.

The evening closed with a performance by British rocker Billy Idol, who played over 10 of his biggest hits. Well past 1 AM, Prince Albert, Princess Charlene, and Gottlieb were still on the dance floor, singing along to “Eyes Without a Face.” At one point, Idol asked the crowd, “Do you want to have some fun tonight?” Prince Albert cheered back, “Yeah!”

The 2025 Monaco Red Cross Gala ended as both a dazzling night and a testament to the principality’s ongoing commitment to compassion and generosity. For Gottlieb, her role on the organization’s board is more than tradition—it’s her personal passion.

“The Red Cross Gala is very important to me—not only as a member of the royal family but especially since joining the board in charge of the Youth and Future section,” she said, as she approaches her 27th birthday this week. “Charity has always been very important to me; it plays a major role in my daily life.”

WWE Evolution 2025 live results: Updates, winners and losers, highlights and analysis

WWE Evolution 2025 is back for the first time in seven years with another star-studded lineup of women’s wrestling action. Closing out the blockbuster PLE weekend, the women of the WWE hope to steal the spotlight once again when they take the ring inside State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia.

All but two of women’s WWE titles will be on the line this Sunday night, including the roster’s two most prized possessions. In one of the more storied, drawn-out rivalries of the past decade, former Women’s World Champion Rhea Ripley will look to earn the first victory of her career against the current titleholder, Iyo Sky. Ripley dropped the title to Sky in the most recent time they went one-on-one before putting on an instant classic in their WrestleMania 41 triple-threat match with Bianca Belair.

Speaking of triple-threat matches, Becky Lynch, Bayley and Lyra Valkyria hope to capture that same type of magic when they battle it out for Lynch’s Women’s Intercontinental Championship. Lynch was the centerpiece of the first WWE Evolution event, blossoming into the megastar she became as “The Man.” If her next appearance is anything near as good as her last against Charlotte Flair, fans will go home happy.

In the WWE Women’s Championship match, “WWE SmackDown” superstar Tiffany Stratton will be challenged by one of pro wrestling’s all-time greats, Trish Stratus. Like Sky, Stratton handpicked her opponent for WWE Evolution, and the pair last worked together in their tag-team match at Elimination Chamber this past March.

WWE Evolution starts at 7 p.m. ET, streaming on Peacock in the U.S. and Netflix internationally. Check out the full lineup and follow along with Uncrowned’s live blog below:

  • Olivia Culpo and Christian McCaffrey baby: Couple welcomes first child

Olivia Culpo and Christian McCaffrey baby: Couple welcomes first child

Olivia Culpo and Christian McCaffrey are digging their heels in the trenches of parenting.

The model-actress, 33, and NFL running back, 29, revealed the birth of their first child in a July 13 Instagram post. The social media announcement, which features several candid photos of the couple with their newborn daughter, also includes the baby’s name: “Colette Annalise McCaffrey.”

USA TODAY has reached out to representatives for Culpo and McCaffrey for comment.

The photos of Baby Colette include an adorable close-up shot of the infant’s arm, as well as several images of Culpo and McCaffrey spending time with their firstborn in the delivery room. In one photo, McCaffrey — decked out in hospital garb — can be seen leaning against Culpo’s head as she holds Colette in a snug pose.

Culpo also heaped praise on her co-parent, McCaffrey, in a series of additional photos on her Instagram stories. One picture showed the San Francisco 49ers player propping up Culpo’s head during delivery: “The scariest and most rewarding of all experiences. As soon as he came into the room, I felt most at peace.”

Culpo and McCaffrey’s parenting milestone comes a year after the couple married in a glamorous June 2024 ceremony in Rhode Island. Culpo stunned in a regal ball gown by Dolce & Gabbana that featured a crew neck, long sleeves, and a buttoned back. The Miss Universe alum topped off the marital ensemble with a 16-foot lace veil.

“I didn’t want it to exude sex in any way, shape, or form,” Culpo told Vogue of her wedding dress. “I wanted it to feel effortless and as if it’s complementing me, not overpowering me. There’s so much beauty and simplicity.”

In March, Culpo signaled the next phase of her love story and announced her pregnancy in a sweet Instagram post, which showed the expectant mother cradling her growing baby bump in a flowy white dress. “Next chapter, motherhood 🤍,” she wrote at the time.

Olivia Culpo talks pregnancy health scare, motherhood excitement

A week after her pregnancy announcement, Culpo revealed in a March 18 TikTok video that she suffered a health scare early in her pregnancy.

In the nearly two-and-a-half-minute clip, which was filmed nine weeks into her pregnancy, Culpo shared that she had been on bed rest for four weeks following a case of pneumonia and a subchorionic hematoma, a type of uterine hemorrhage that can result in vaginal bleeding.

“I was bleeding everywhere,” Culpo said. “(The doctor) said you can’t go anywhere, you can’t travel. Just truly, stay in bed.”

Culpo said her pregnancy wasn’t jeopardized by the medical ordeal, adding recovery was aided by the use of progesterone suppositories. “It’s not always the worst case that you’re thinking,” she told fans. “I just hope that this can help anybody else going through this, anybody feeling alone.”

In a May interview with People magazine, Culpo opened up about her excitement for motherhood. The “Clawfoot” star said she was looking forward to the eight-to-12-week period of infancy “because it’s when they start smiling and they can see you, but they’re still so cuddly and sleeping on your chest.”

It’s “the best bonding time, in my opinion,” Culpo continued, though she acknowledged the “daunting” parenting stage. “It’s my first time at this, so we’ll see if I change my mind on that.”
