Jennifer Lopez Is Singlehandedly Trying to Revive This Throwback Shoe

It is fitting that Jennifer Lopez has a song called “Dinero,” because she’s making the most of the złoty on a shopping spree in Warsaw, Poland.

Following a concert in the Polish capital (where she expertly brushed off a wardrobe malfunction), JLo celebrated by making a purchase at the Dior store. But her tomato-red outfit belonged to another brand entirely.

Lopez was decked out in head-to-toe Valentino Garavani, her short-sleeved A-line minidress cinched at the waist with a thin red belt bearing the brand’s V logo. Her matching red purse, the V Logo Shoulder Bag, was affixed a gold crossbody chain. (The only non-Valentino branded item? Her enormous bedazzled “JLo” cup. A gal’s gotta stay hydrated!)

“A b—h from the South love a mouth full of gold/ No Chanel, I’m with CC/ Throw it back on ’em like Freaknik/ Do you love me like Kiki,” she raps.

Ciara called the bubbly collab one of her “favorite tracks on the album and I’m so excited that my fans will get to hear this record.”

  • Travis Kelce’s ‘intentional’ move amid Taylor Swift engagement rumours

Travis Kelce’s ‘intentional’ move amid Taylor Swift engagement rumours

Travis Kelce reignites Taylor Swift engagement rumours as they approach their two-year anniversary

Travis Kelce knew just what he was doing when he posted that picture of Taylor Swift on his Instagram.

Over the weekend, the NFL star broke the internet as he finally went Instagram official with his pop superstar girlfriend. Taking a page straight out of Swift’s playbook, Kelce dropped multiple Easter Eggs throughout the photo dump featuring family, friends, and, of course, girlfriend. For instance, he posted exactly 13 photos, which is famously Swift’s lucky number.

But one detail that caught fans’ eyes was the photo that Kelce uses as his lockscreen; in the third slide, Kelce’s phone on the table clearly shows the power couple posing together as Taylor brings her hands up in front of her.

Fans wasted no time trying to zoom in on the picture to see if there was an engagement ring on Swift’s left hand.

“Looks like she’s holding up her hand to a… ring?” commented one fan under the post. Even Shark Tank star Barbara Corcoran joined in, commenting, “Me looking at Travis’ phone background.”

Travis Kelces intentional move amid Taylor Swift engagement rumours

But though the picture itself was not enough to confirm it, wedding bells are definitely in Swift and Kelce’s future.

“They’re in a really solid place and more in sync than ever. They’re both all in,” a source told People magazine.

“Travis posting on his Instagram for the first time wasn’t random, it was intentional… this was his way of showing how serious things have become,” the insider continued.

“There’s no pressure between them, but they’re very aligned on where things are going,” they added.

Swift and Kelce, both 35, are approaching their two-year anniversary.

  • Largest LED Virtual Production Volume Debuts in China

Largest LED Virtual Production Volume Debuts in China

On July 14, the world’s largest LED virtual production (VP) volume was officially unveiled in Deqing, establishing a new benchmark in immersive entertainment technology. Developed through a strategic collaboration between virtual production specialists Versatile Media and global LED manufacturer Absen, the LED virtual stage features a 270-degree curved LED wall spanning 50 meters in diameter and 12 meters in height, with a total floor area of 5,000 square meters.

The LED display alone covers over 1,700 square meters, equivalent to the size of four basketball courts, making it the largest single-screen pixel volume ever built. This enormous VP volume is now the largest of its kind worldwide, marking a significant shift in how films, commercials, and digital content are created.

The project, dubbed “Absen x Versatile,” is more than just an impressive technical feat. It demonstrates the growing demand for LED volume stages in global production hubs, marking China’s increasingly prominent role in shaping the future of media creation.

The LED volume integrates next-generation LED technology to support high-end virtual production. Key technical highlights include: HDR rendering for dynamic, lifelike visuals, accurate color reproduction to match real-world tones, high frame and refresh rates for smooth motion capture, moire and aliasing suppression, even in close-up shots, and fine pixel pitch and high resolution for clean, lifelike image quality on camera. These innovations deliver cinema-grade image fidelity while optimizing for seamless interaction between camera tracking, lensing, and lighting.

The wraparound LED structure is complemented by an overhead ceiling composed of Absen’s MR series panels, enabling dynamic lighting that mimics natural reflections and responds in real-time to camera movements. Together, the wall and ceiling create a complete, immersive shooting environment that drastically reduces the need for green screens, post-production effects, and location logistics.

A Brief History of LED Volumes

Virtual production using LED volumes exploded into the mainstream following the success of Disney’s The Mandalorian, where filmmakers used a 20-foot-tall LED wall to render live digital environments. Unlike green screens, LED volumes allow actors and directors to see the environment during filming, improving lighting, actor performance, and overall workflow.

Early adopters quickly recognized the potential: immersive environments without travel, real-time control over lighting and time-of-day settings, and an all-digital backlot scalable to any scene imaginable. Scene changes can be completed within minutes, and when paired with immersive 8K LED walls and realistic lighting, the shooting experience becomes immersive and authentic. Studios across North America, Europe, and Asia began building their own volumes. However, the Nanjing facility takes things to an entirely new scale, pushing the boundaries of engineering and storytelling.

    Why This Matters

From a production standpoint, larger volumes enable more complex scenes, more believable parallax movement (as the camera shifts perspective), and greater flexibility in shooting multiple scenes from different “locations” in a single day. For example, one scene can be set in the Tunisian Desert, and only minutes later, the setting shifts to the Brazilian rainforest, and then to the Himalayas – all without the travel and location expenses or the required permits, which can get hung up in bureaucracy for months.

The 1.5mm pixel pitch is particularly notable. While tighter pitches are often associated with close-range viewing applications, such as control rooms or boardrooms, their use in this volume means sharper, crisper visuals, which is an essential detail for high-resolution film work.

    Virtual Production’s Future

This launch underscores a broader trend: the shift from traditional location shooting to digital set creation. Whether for big-budget blockbusters, independent films, corporate commercials, or gaming cinematics, VP volumes provide an unprecedented level of control.

The scale and scope of the Nanjing volume could also drive new interest in co-productions and remote filmmaking. Studios around the globe may now look to China not just as a market for content but as a hub for creating it—especially when virtual environments eliminate physical borders altogether.

Virtual production isn’t without its challenges. Costs are high, the learning curve for directors and crews remains steep, and not all creative visions translate easily into a digital volume environment. However, as tools become more intuitive, costs inevitably come down, and hardware becomes more scalable, experts believe these facilities will become as standard as traditional soundstages once were.

    The Takeaway

The unveiling of the world’s largest LED virtual production volume isn’t just a technical achievement—it’s a glimpse into what the next decade of filmmaking might look like. With LED volumes becoming more advanced and accessible, content creation is entering a new era of flexibility, immersion, and visual storytelling.

And as production teams across the globe take note of what’s now possible in China, one thing is clear: the future of film may be built pixel by pixel, inside four virtual walls.

The title of the tour “signals a bold new chapter” for the group, with the underscore in its title leaving “an open space to be reinvented,” according to a press release from the group.

Chinese historical drama Dead to Rights will get a North American release via Canada-based Niu Vision Media and U.S.-based Echelon Studios.

Directed by Shen Ao (No More Bets), the film will open theatrically in the U.S. and Canada on August 15, ahead of a planned streaming rollout later this year.

Dead to Rights has also secured theatrical releases via Niu Vision Media in Australia and New Zealand, where the film will arrive in theaters on August 7.

Niu Vision Media said that the film has grossed 531M Chinese yuan (nearly $74M) so far, since the film’s July 25 release in China. The distributor estimated that Dead to Rights is headed toward a $450M box office run domestically.

The film is set around the events of the Nanjing Massacre in 1937, where a postman named A Chang pretends to be a photo developer in a photo studio, developing photos for the Japanese army. He takes in a group of Chinese soldiers and civilians, turning the studio into a temporary shelter. However, in the face of the Japanese army’s cruel atrocities, A Chang risks his life to safely transfer the refugees and expose the evidence of the massacre to the public.

The film stars Liu Haoran (Detective Chinatown, The Breaking Ice), Wang Chuanjun (Three-Body), Gao Ye (The Knockout), Daichi Harashima, Wang Xiao and Yang Enyou.

Dead to Rights is a poignant, timely reminder of the human stories behind history’s darkest chapters,” said Niu Vision’s CEO, Fukun Wang. “We’re thrilled to partner once again with Echelon Studios to bring this extraordinary film to American audiences, both in theaters and later via streaming.”

Sandro Gohoho, president of licensing and operations at Echelon Studios, added: “This is a story that demands to be seen. Meet the Future Foundation, the Marvel Universe’s Next Generation of Geniuses and Heroes

THE FUTURE FOUNDATION AND SECRET WARS

As the many worlds of the Multiverse began to collapse in the lead-up to SECRET WARS (2015), the Fantastic Four and the Future Foundation faced another crisis starting in FANTASTIC FOUR (2014) #1 by James Robinson and Leonard Kirk. After several giant creatures escaped from a portal in the Baxter Building, the Future Foundation was left in the care of the original Human Torch, an android and S.H.I.E.L.D. agent named Jim Hammond.

Although the Wizard tried to get Bentley to betray his friends, the villain reconsidered and encouraged his young clone to stay with the Future Foundation. The Future Foundation and the Fantastic Four also worked together to stop the Quiet Man, a vengeful villain who went to college with Reed, and the corrupted Avengers of Counter-Earth, a forgotten reality Franklin had created.

When only a few worlds remained in the Multiverse, the Future Foundation built a “life raft,” a ship that could survive the end of the universe, in FREE COMIC BOOK DAY 2015 #0 by Jonathan Hickman and Paul Renaud. Although the life raft saved several heroes, most members of the Future Foundation still died when their universe collapsed.

After saving reality, Reed and the reality-warping Molecule Man restored the Future Foundation. Franklin and Molecule Man used their vast powers to create new universes, and Mister Fantastic, Invisible Woman, and the Future Foundation left Earth to help them rebuild the Multiverse.
